中新网4月26日电 据最高检网站消息，2024年1至3月，全国检察机关持续落实“高质效办好每一个案件”的基本价值追求，以检察工作现代化支撑和服务中国式现代化，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供有力法治保障。
一、关于刑事检察工作情况
(一)审查逮捕、审查起诉情况。共批准和决定逮捕各类犯罪嫌疑人16.8万人；不捕8.4万人，不捕率33.2%。共决定起诉34.7万人，不起诉8.4万人，不诉率19.4%。
(二)认罪认罚从宽制度适用情况。已办理的审查起诉案件中，适用认罪认罚从宽制度审结人数占同期审结人数的87%；检察机关提出确定刑量刑建议占量刑建议提出数的95%以上；对检察机关提出的量刑建议，法院采纳人数占同期提出量刑建议数的90%以上。
(三)刑事诉讼监督办案情况
1. 立案监督。对公安机关开展立案(撤案)监督3.2万件；监督后公安机关已立案(撤案)2.7万件。
2. 纠正侦查活动违法。针对侦查活动违法行为，提出纠正8万件次，监督采纳率92.8%。
3. 刑事抗诉。提出抗诉1400余件，法院采纳抗诉意见改判和发回重审700余件，占法院审结总数的75.7%。
4. 纠正刑事审判活动违法。针对刑事审判活动中违法行为，提出纠正2700余件次，同期审判机关采纳率94.1%。
(四)刑事执行检察情况。对“减刑、假释、暂予监外执行”不当提出纠正4100余人；对刑事执行活动违法行为提出纠正4.5万件；对监外执行活动违法行为提出纠正1.5万人；对财产性判项执行履职不当提出纠正1.4万件。
(五)检察侦查案件情况。立案侦查580余人，其中直接立案侦查司法工作人员相关职务犯罪案件500余人，机动侦查(公安机关管辖的国家机关工作人员利用职权实施的重大犯罪)80余人。
二、关于民事检察工作情况
(一)对民事生效判决、裁定、调解书监督情况。办理民事生效裁判监督案件2万件，提出监督意见2700余件，其中提出抗诉800余件，法院改变600余件，占法院审结数的91%；提出再审检察建议1900余件，法院裁定再审后改变2000余件，占法院审结数的96.6%。
(二)对民事审判活动监督情况。对民事审判活动违法行为提出检察建议6600余件，法院同期采纳率79%。
(三)对民事执行活动监督情况。对民事执行活动违法行为提出检察建议8200余件，法院同期采纳率71.9%。
(四)对民事虚假诉讼监督情况。提出的民事诉讼监督意见中涉及虚假诉讼1400余件。
(五)民事支持起诉情况。办理支持起诉案件2.6万件，其中支持农民工起诉1.2万件。
三、关于行政检察工作情况
(一)对行政生效判决、裁定、调解书监督情况。办结行政生效裁判监督案件4500余件，其中向法院提出抗诉30余件，法院再审改变20件，占法院审结数的74.1%；提出再审检察建议50余件，法院裁定再审后改变30余件，占法院审结数的92.1%。
(二)对行政审判活动监督情况。对行政审判活动违法行为提出检察建议2000余件，法院同期采纳率81.6%。
(三)对行政执行活动监督情况。对行政执行活动违法行为提出检察建议3700余件，法院同期采纳率75%。
(四)行政争议实质性化解情况。促进行政争议实质性化解1300余件。
四、关于公益诉讼检察工作情况
(一)立案情况。立案办理公益诉讼案件3.1万件。其中民事公益诉讼类立案3600余件，行政公益诉讼类立案2.7万件。
(二)检察建议整改情况。提出行政公益诉讼检察建议1.6万件，检察建议整改率95.3%。
(三)提起诉讼和判决情况。提起公益诉讼1600余件。同期，法院一审裁判支持率99.6%。
五、关于未成年人检察工作情况
(一)审查逮捕情况。批准逮捕侵害未成年人犯罪7800余人。批准逮捕未成年犯罪嫌疑人7100余人。
(二)审查起诉情况。对侵害未成年人犯罪决定起诉1.6万人。对未成年犯罪嫌疑人决定起诉1.2万人。
(三)有关特殊制度适用情况。通过帮教回访、心理疏导、家庭教育指导等形式对不批捕、不起诉、被判处刑罚、未达刑事责任年龄不受刑事处罚等人员开展特殊预防工作280余次；开展法治巡讲3000余次。
六、关于知识产权检察工作情况
(一)刑事检察情况。起诉侵犯知识产权犯罪3700余人。起诉案件所涉罪名，主要是假冒注册商标罪和销售假冒注册商标的商品罪，分别为1300余人和1500余人。
(二)民事、行政、公益诉讼检察情况。受理涉知识产权民事诉讼监督案件300余件，行政诉讼监督案件90余件，立案办理知识产权领域公益诉讼案件100余件。
七、关于控告申诉检察工作情况
(一)信访工作情况。接收群众信访20万件，其中重复信访6.2万件。受理刑事赔偿申请100余件，决定给予刑事赔偿案件90余件。
(二)司法救助工作情况。办理司法救助案件9800余件，对9500余人发放司法救助金。
八、其他工作情况
(一)入额院领导办案情况。全国检察机关入额院领导办理案件13.5万件。其中各级院检察长办理1万件，占7.4%；副检察长、检委会专职委员及其他入额院领导办理12.5万件，占92.6%。
入额院领导办理案件中，刑事检察类案件(含刑事执行检察、未成年人检察、控告申诉检察)10.3万件；民事、行政检察类1.5万件；公益诉讼检察类9500余件；案件管理类6000余件。
(二)检察长列席人民法院审判委员会会议情况。各级检察院检察长、受检察长委托的副检察长，列席人民法院审判委员会会议2100余人次。
